If you can read and navigate to this website, that was clearly written in html by hand, then it means whoever put this together is at least somewhat technically adept(emphasis on somewhat).
What's more American than literally having a place to put whatever you want for the whole world to see with absolutely no content restrictions. Well, I guess there is reddit, but that place sucks.
I mean I guess define what "free" is. It took me six years to get competent enough at Linux to host a server where I will not immediately get hacked. Also electricity is not free, neither is internet. Oh, the domain also costs money I guess.
